Testimonials
Some comments from our clients;
I am so satisfied with Eileen Chun-Frutos services that I never miss a chance to recommend her to friends and acquaintances whenever such services are needed. I have worked with Eileen for a few years, during with she worked with me on a transition from my H1B to an L1 work visa (involving also visa extensions), and then very smoothly handled another case that culminated on my permanent resident status. Eileen is extremely knowledgeable about the immigration system and knows what works and what does not.
I was continuously impressed by the thoroughness and care that she put into the several petitions that she developed for my cases. She is always easy to reach, prompt in answering requests, and will take the necessary time to understand your situation and needs. I truly believe she will get you results where other attorneys just might not be able to. Her candor, friendliness and experience will take you through any journey with the peace of mind that you are being well represented.

For six years I worked as the senior paralegal and office manager of an immigration law firm, and had the opportunity to associate with different attorneys. (Coming from this background, I know what makes for a good immigration attorney.) Since moving to California, I have used the services of Fong & Chun exclusively on my own employment-based immigration case. They have been a pleasure to work with.
My case was not the easiest to work on (complicated by some errors made by the USCIS), but this firm offers hope and professional experience, as well as the ability to "think outside the box". They have been excellent at follow-up work, making sure my case didn't slip between the cracks. And their fees were always very reasonable, considering how much experience and individual attention they bring to the table. I cannot emphasize how important it is to get a good lawyer for your case. Immigration law is complex and always changing. Peace of mind, knowing that a reputable law firm is handling your immigration needs, is well worth it. I am now a permanent resident and no longer have to worry about immigration matters, thanks to Fong & Chun, LLP.

We highly recommend attorneys J Fong and Eileen Chun-Fruto. We met J Fong at a conference [in March 2002) and were immediately impressed by his knowledge of immigration issues. He gave a handout that we still have in our files that outlined the pros and cons of different visas. That kind of solid information was like a beacon in the dark for us. As a same-sex bi-national couple, we were constantly insecure about our immigration status, where we would be able to live, and how to handle our situation. The conference itself was otherwise pretty forgettable but we’re still glad we went solely because we made the connection with J and then benefited tremendously from his and Eileen’s work. Even though they were in LA and we lived in Seattle, we chose them as attorneys because they made us feel secure, like they really cared and took our situation to heart. They backed that up with clear information, timely and compassionate responses, and an ability to help us in a real way. They helped us out with a student visa and other immigration issues, eventually helping Sariya obtain a green card. [During that time, we were in Asia and J and Eileen were on top of our case as if we were in the US.] We’ve been together as a couple for ten years now but the first 8 years we were in immigration limbo. Since our situation resolved, we’ve finally been able to settle down in the US, buy a house, have a baby, and stop worrying about having to pick up and move for immigration reasons. We have tremendous confidence in J and Eileen and have no hesitation in recommending them as immigration attorneys.

Dear Fong & Chun Law Office:
Thank you for the amazing work you’ve rendered for the processing of my entire family’s “Green Card” in a matter of eight months. It was really unbelievable! Call it luck but it was a collaboration of good work and your ability to save my eldest child from aging out since her 21st birthday was just months after we filed the PERM!
