J Fong's practice is devoted exclusively to immigration and nationality law. His clients include both families and businesses. With businesses, J focuses on investors, new businesses, and intra-company transfers. For family immigration, he works with all categories of immigrant, as well as difficult matters such as waivers and exclusions based on health.
J is exceptionally known for providing immigration counsel to nontraditional families.
